Before you write

Three to four weeks from the day you approve the design. If you need something by a date, tell us — we will say yes or no honestly rather than promise and miss.
Ethics. A mined stone comes with questions nobody can fully answer about the conditions it was pulled out of the ground under. A grown one does not — we can trace it back to the lab that made it. It is chemically and optically identical to a mined diamond, graded by the same labs to the same standards, and it costs a fraction of the price. We do not sell mined stones at all.
The pieces themselves are solid gold — never plated, never filled. Two exceptions, both stated on the listing rather than buried here: where a piece is hollow for comfort, such as a lightweight cuff, and the chain supplied with a name pendant, which is gold plated rather than solid. If you would rather have a solid gold chain, ask and we will quote one.
Yes. For custom work we usually take a deposit to begin and the balance before shipping. Ask and we will set up a schedule that works.
Yes, insured and tracked. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and we will quote the shipping before you commit.
