The process

Four steps, no pressure at any of them

Nothing is charged and nothing is ordered until you have seen exactly what you are buying.

The conversation

Thirty minutes on a call. Tell us the budget first — we would rather work inside it than talk you past it. Then style, hand, and when you need it by.

The stones

We pull options from our own suppliers and put them side by side, with the certificate and the price for each one visible.

The drawing

A render or a hand drawing of the finished ring. Change it as many times as you like. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

The making

Set, finished and inspected. Three to four weeks from the moment you approve the design, and we tell you the honest date up front.

Design your own

Start from nothing and build the whole thing.

Choose the setting, the metal, the stone and its cut, the band, right down to the shape of the prongs. The price moves as you go, so you can see what every decision costs before you commit to any of it.

Nothing is charged while you are playing with it, and nothing is made until we have sent you a render and you have said yes.

In plain language

What the four Cs actually mean for your budget

  • CutAlways Excellent. It is the C that decides how much a stone sparkles, so we do not offer anything below it — there is no decision for you to make here.
  • ColorE and F only. That is the colorless range; nothing further down the scale comes into the workshop.
  • ClarityVVS1, VVS2, VS1 and VS2. All four are clean to the naked eye — the difference between them is what a loupe finds, not what anyone sees on your hand.
  • CaratWhatever you want. Tell us the size you have in mind and we will source it — there is no house range to pick from.

We sell lab-grown diamonds only, and the reason is ethical. Nobody can tell you with certainty what a mined stone cost the people who dug it out of the ground. A grown diamond carries no such question — we can trace every stone back to the lab that made it. It is the same carbon, the same hardness, the same grading by the same labs, at a fraction of the price. That the budget stretches further is a benefit, not the reason.

Before anything is cut

You see the ring before it exists.

This is a real render of a real customer's ring, built in our own CAD before a single gram of gold was ordered. You get to turn it around, change the shoulders, move a stone, sit with it for a week — and only when you say yes does anything get made.

It is the difference between hoping and knowing. No deposit is taken to reach this stage.
